1. Controller
LMXAI (“we”, “us”) is the controller for personal data processed via lmxai.com.

2. What we process
- Contact form / email: name, email, message content, and technical metadata needed to reply (legal basis: contract / legitimate interest / consent depending on the request).
- Strictly necessary cookies / local storage: theme preference and cookie-consent choice (legal basis: legitimate interest / necessity to provide the service you request).
- Analytics (only with prior opt-in): Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-7M3DQXH8VD) and Vercel Web Analytics — approximate usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, device/browser type, and truncated/anonymised technical identifiers.
3. Cookies & consent (Netherlands / EU)
Non-essential cookies and similar technologies (including analytics) are off by default. We ask for prior, granular opt-in via our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or enable only selected categories. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings (bottom-left) or the footer link. When you withdraw analytics/marketing consent, we update Google Consent Mode and clear related tracking cookies where possible.
4. Google Analytics & processors
If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4. Google acts as a processor for that measurement. We configure Consent Mode so that analytics_storage (and advertising storage) remain denied until you opt in. We do not enable Google signals or User-ID collection on this marketing site by default.
Data processing agreement: We use Google’s Analytics Data Processing Terms / Google Ads Data Processing Terms as applicable in the Google Analytics / Google Cloud console. If you need a copy of our processor overview, email info@lmxai.com.
Vercel may process minimal analytics/request data when that category is enabled, under Vercel’s DPA with us as customer.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics retention follows the retention setting in our GA4 property (and Vercel’s product defaults) while consent remains granted. Consent choices are stored in your browser until you clear site data or change them.
6. Your rights (GDPR / AVG)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact info@lmxai.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. International transfers
Where Google or other processors transfer data outside the EEA, they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) described in their documentation.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
